How soon can I expect to see results?

For PPC, initial data collection and optimization typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. You should see consistent, optimized results and reliable performance starting in Month 3. We also have an established timeline of our process which is available on our process page for your own personal review.

What happens after the promotional offer ends?

Afterwards, the promotion expires and we transition into our Month Over Month plan (i.e. monthly retainer). You are free to cancel anytime with 30 days' notice once this begins. However, if you only want the promotional offer please provide notice on or before day 60. This will ensure that once day 90 arrives our collaboration ends and you won't be charged. Our pricing options will be covered in the pricing section for your reference and review!

Do you guarantee results?

No, we do not guarantee results. The reason for this is because Google is a dynamic, constantly changing environment. Just like any market, the conditions are constantly changing so we assess those conditions as we run the campaigns and make changes accordingly.

Can you explain your promotional offer?

The promotional offer is us offering to manage your Google Ads account for 3 months with no service fee! Typically, this type of service would come at a cost from the start, but as part of this promotional deal we'll be providing value at no extra cost* from us.

*Important: You will still have to pay for the ad spend.

Why 3 months? Is this negotiable?

Unfortunately, this is not negotiable, but for a good reason. 3 months (about 90 days) is the industry standard for Google Ads campaigns. This is what's known as the "ramp up period". Not all campaigns will fall into strictly 90 days to perform well. Some may require more, some may require less, but 90 is considered to be the minimum standard.

What kind of businesses do you not work with?

We want to collaborate with as many businesses as we can, but there are a few conditions that unqualify businesses to work with us. Below are a few examples.

• Not having a website

• Website has no signs of SEO implementation

• Extremely low or unrealistic budgets (e.g. 500 a month)

• Any business that refuses to share account access (to any platforms we require), refuses to track conversions or calls, and/or revert changes in the account without permission

• Any business in a gray-area or prohibited industry

• Businesses that expect full-service marketing or services that we don't offer.
